1) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GlowAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) Contracting Entity

Your contracting entity is Guyon Informatique & Web. All agreements are with Guyon Informatique & Web.

3) Eligibility

The app is for users 13+. By using GlowAI, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4) Service Description

GlowAI turns a selfie you upload into generated portraits. You choose a template from our catalog, a generation job produces the result, and the finished portraits appear in your gallery. Today the engine composes your photo into the template's studio setup on our own backend; a generative AI model is not in use, and no third-party AI service receives your photos.

5) License and Acceptable Use

You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable, single-user license for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse any part of the app.

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo of someone else who has given you their consent to generate portraits from it. Do not upload a photo of anyone without their knowledge and agreement.

6) Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the selfies you upload and the portraits GlowAI generates from them. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync that content solely to provide the service. We do not use your photos to train any model, and we do not sell or share them for advertising or analytics.

7) Credits and Payments

New accounts receive 3 free credits. Additional credits are purchased in packs (currently 10 credits for $4.99 or 30 credits for $9.99), at the price displayed in the app before purchase. One credit is consumed per generated portrait. iOS purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Android and web purchases are processed through Stripe.

Credits are consumable and non-refundable once used to generate a portrait. This is a pay-as-you-go product: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

8) Refunds

Refund requests for unused credits follow the respective app store or payment processor policy. If you have issues, contact vguyon.dev@hotmail.com before initiating a dispute.

9) Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the app for unlawful activity, harassment, rights violations, uploading a photo of someone without their consent, attempts to bypass security, or redistribution of the service.

10) Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the app or by contacting vguyon.dev@hotmail.com. Deletion removes your account data and every stored selfie and generated portrait. See the Privacy Policy for the full deletion process.

11) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guyon Informatique & Web disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12) Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud risk, non-payment, or abuse.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated version.
